aaron sanchezS谩nchez is the chef and owner of Mexican restaurant Johnny S谩nchez in New Orleans and author of two cookbooks. S谩nchez learned how to cook from an early age through helping his family prepare traditional Mexican food and is still passionate about preserving his family鈥檚 legacy through food and encouraging diversity in the kitchen. As an active philanthropist, S谩nchez launched the Aar贸n S谩nchez Scholarship Fund, which is an initiative that empowers aspiring chefs from the Latin community to follow their dreams and attend ICC鈥檚 Professional Culinary Arts program.
